Option 1: delete it in the app
- Open Bounce Party.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away. If you signed in with Apple, the app also revokes its access to your Apple sign-in. The progress stored on the device is reset, and the game starts over as a new player.
Option 2: ask us by email
Use this if you no longer have the game installed, or can't open it.
The button opens an email to help@prllxlabs.com with the subject “Delete my Bounce Party account”. Please include:
- whether you signed in with Apple or Google, and the email address of that account. If you used Apple's “Hide My Email”, we only know the private relay address Apple created for our app; you can find it in your Apple Account settings, under Sign in with Apple;
- your device model and roughly when you last played.
We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours, for example by replying from the email address linked to it. We'll email you when the deletion is done.
Never signed in? Then your account is anonymous: a random ID with no name or email, and we can't link it to you from an email. Delete it in the app if you can. If you can't, uninstalling the game removes your progress from the device, and the anonymous account holds nothing that identifies you.
What is deleted
- Your account in Firebase Authentication: its user ID and, if you signed in, the Apple or Google user ID, email address and name linked to it.
- If you used Sign in with Apple and delete in the app, the app revokes the tokens Apple gave it, so the game no longer has access to your Apple sign-in. After an email request, you can stop using Sign in with Apple for the game yourself, in your Apple Account settings. If you used Google, you can also remove the game from your Google Account's third-party connections.
- Your game progress on the device: coins, level, cities, cup entries and timers. It is never stored on our side.
What may be kept, and why
- Gameplay analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase), tied to a random app-instance ID rather than to your account, name or email. They are deleted automatically after 2 months.
- Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics), tied to a random installation ID. They are deleted automatically after 90 days.
- Your request (the email conversation), for as long as we need it to show that we handled it.
- Data we must keep by law, only for as long as the law requires.
How long it takes
Deleting in the app takes effect straight away. Email requests are completed within 30 days of confirming the request.
Deletion is permanent: we can't restore your account or progress afterwards.
Ads and Google
Data that Google AdMob collects when you see ads is controlled by Google, not by us. You can manage it with your device and Google settings:
- change your consent for personalised ads in the game's Settings → Privacy choices (where offered);
- on iPhone and iPad, stop tracking in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking;
- on Android, reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's settings;
- see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
More about your data and rights is in our Privacy Policy.
